 Our purposes

Since 2006, Circé Groupe, via Circé Ingénierie, has entered an active process for the organization of its activities, the objectives of which consist in :

  • providing its customers with an optimum and reproductible level of quality,
  • developing the efficiency of its internal working methods,
  • maintaining its ISO 9001 certification version 2000, and
  • respecting the requirements of the following referentials :
      • ISO 10006 : Quality Management Systems – Guidelines for quality management in projects,
      • ISO 14001 : Environmental Management Systems – Requirements and quidelines for its use,
      • OHSAS 18001 : Occupational health and safety Management System - Requirements,
      • CEFRI (E) : French certification committee for Companies who employ or train people (category A or B) working on nuclear power plants.

Our approach

To achieve its purposes, Circé Groupe has set up a governance organized around its executive board grouping the different components of its functional and operational management (the President and CEO, the operational managing directors, the technical director and the administrative director).

In order to structure its approach, Circé Groupe has developed a management system of its performance, set up from an approach based on a management system and reinforced by a process approach. 

Subsequently, Circé Groupe has developed the cartography of its processes (see below), which are represented by logigrams describing, in a structured way, the interfaces and interactions between the processes including the relationship between its different activities.

Moreover, Circé Groupe implement the the eight fundamental concepts of the EFQM Excellence Model represented hereafter,

as well as the principles of Sustainable Development to reinforce its policy and strategy.

The main steps in our Performance Management System :

  • July 2006 : setting-up of the Performance Management System ("SMP") within Circé Ingénierie,
  • July 2007 : initial certification of Circé Ingénierie according to the international standard ISO 9001 : 2000 requirements,
  • March 2008 : setting-up and deployement of the "SMP" within all Circé Groupe companies,
  • October 2008 : certification obtained for all Circé Groupe companies,
  • September 2009 : certification maintained for all Circé Groupe companies according to the international standard ISO 9001 : 2008 requirements.
