“I integrated the company in 2007 in order to develop training modules in English language, after 8 months, I was promoted to the function and responsibilities of Project Leader, supported by the technical expert. I really appreciate working within Circé Interactive because I was directly entrusted and rapidly promoted. I improve my knowledge and develop my skills permanently, because we never work on a same type of documentation.

My job is varied and interesting. Moreover, our team is really united, we work within a pleasant atmosphere and the newly integrated collaborators are always correctly and warmly welcomed.

Since the beginning of this year, I have been given an entire autonomy on Airbus training projects. My functions as a Project Leader consist in managing the collaborators working on different Airbus projects. I am also responsible for the management of the delivery plannings in order to respect the delays assigned by the customer. In addition, I act as an interface between Circé Interactive's production teams and Airbus’s Project Leaders.

As a complement to these functions of Project Leader, and alike any technical engineer, I develop training modules for maintenance crew, cabin crew and flight crew."
