Organization control

Complex systems, (aircraft, train, submarine, nuclear facilities, ...), associated to important economic and strategic challenges, require from the industrialists involved in their development :

• an internal organization to meet the requirements of the project,
• a capability to integrate in the global organization of the project.

   

CIRCÉ INGÉNIERIE is inscribed within this project culture through the complementarity of four activities :

• the establishment of Process Management Systems compliant with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or ILO-OSH 2001,…), and the performing of the corresponding audits,

• the establishment of Project Management rules and methods compliant with the specific requirements of each project: quality, delays, costs, risks, performance, (refer to ISO 10006, RG Aero 00040 Recommandation, …),

• the monitoring and optimization of the methodology and methods set up at the level of the enterprise and/or project,

• the performing within the CODIR of self-assessment according to performance management models internationally acknowledged:

  • the EFQM Excellence Model,
  • the AFAQ 1000NR Model related to Sustainable Development,
  • the AGP Model (AFAQ Global Performances) related to the maturity of an integrated management system QSE.

Note : the last two models are scoring methods developed by AFAQ AFNOR Certification.
