Calculation of reliability and availability

Context

To get the reliability and availability results of a system, it is necessary to combine the different elementary blocks in a form representing the repeated functional and material architecture.

Software tool

RBD (Reliability Block Diagram) : module from ItemToolkit software suite.

Capacity

RBD : this module allows the modeling of reliability and availability block diagrams (series, parallel, vote…)
and the relations connecting the ones to the others.

Modularity

All the modules from the ItemToolkit range are provided with interface means compatible with the most widespread software suites.
The import of data from other modules (MIL HDBK, RDF2000,…; RBD…) enables to pre-constitute the blocks structures.

Results

A report, which can be parametered according to the desired data, can be generated. It can be exported towards the most widespread software suites.
