Determination of the characteristic levels of maintainability

Context

In order to optimize maintenance, it is necessary to calculate the levels allowing to predict the number of maintenance hours of an equipment or system.

Software tool

MainTain : software module from ItemToolkit suite.

Capacity

This module enables to determine the following characteristics for an equipment or system : MTTR, MMH, MMHR… in compliance with Mil HDBK 472, Procedure V, Method A.

Modularity

All the modules from the ItemToolkit range are provided with interface means compatible with the most widespread software suites.
The import of data from other modules, (MIL HDBK, RDF2000,…; RBD…), enables to pre-fill in the data fields necessary to assessments. 

Results

A report, which can be parametered according to the desired data, can be generated. It can be exported towards the most widespread software suites.
