Context

Noise constitutes a type of pollution, the propagation and intensity of which can be simulated by mathematical models in order to analyze in a preventive or corrective way the efficiency of the measures undertaken.

Capacity

Fluidyn dB solves Helmholtz's equation (wave propagation) with the finite element method. Fluidyn dB is used for the prediction of the noise levels.
Traffic noise : design of noise barriers or landscape fittings (vegetation, buildings ...).
Industrial noise : for the external and internal fittings of buildings.
Fluidyn-Road dB is a software developed by Transoft International, simulating acoustic propagation along the road axes, based on the Federal Highway Administartion model.
