At the present day, Circé Interactive projects address all the training solutions to guarantee the pedagogical efficiency while controlling the costs.

• Wide ranges of pedagogical sets, meeting your needs for stand-up or stand-alone training sessions and enabling, via an increased multimedia interactivity between the courseware and the trainee, a better appropriation of knowledge.
• Development of e-learning applications (stand-alone training) : rapid learning, Blended learning.
• The present software portfolio is not monolithic. It combines "stand-up" modes, virtual classes, multi-channel asynchronous courses, from webcasts to mobiles. The added value remains in the adaptation of the training to the company skill management policy and the monitoring of the trainees' acquisitions. In that way, the companies are given the possibility to reduce their training costs for a better knowledge acquisition by their collaborators.
• Development of training application in serious game, virtual reality.
  The intellectual limits and capabilities defining perception, memory, the abilities of reflection and environmental representation, as well as the analysis of the trainee workload, require to conceive beforehand the utility and usability of virtual reality solutions, for any pedagogical objective to be fulfilled, coherently with the learning situation and the required knowledge.
