The operational knowledge about aeronautical complex systems, the anticipated consideration of quality and the acquaintance with the military culture are real assets for Circé Interactive's projects.

Within my 7-year experience in the aeronautical sphere, I have been led to :

• operate maintenance operations in the French Air Force on aircraft (TBM 700, Myster 20, Twin Otter) and helicopters (Alouette 3, AS 550),
• individually carry out the 1st level maintenance of aircraft engaged in military operations with objectives of very high availability,
• ensure the transfer of skills about maintenance  procedures on helicopters to new mechanics,
• understand the stakes and face the communication challenges in the sphere of quality within the control of the electrical lead setting on the A380.

Understanding the training need, associating it to a know-how and managing its application is essential in the conception of courses.

Hence, these skills enable me to conceive training solutions by :

• relying on an operational aeronautical knowledge,
• transmitting a knowledge associated to a know-how,
• guaranteeing quality from the very conception of courses,
• sharing the military culture with Circé Interactive teams, for projects connected to the Defence sector.

Today, my purpose is to develop my skills in pedagogical conception, by means of Circé Interactive expertise network in this field.

Exchanging, transmitting, sharing, creating with our teams, but also with external communities, is essential in the mission of the expert's function in Circé Interactive.
